Fundraising Agreement/Waiver Form
Delta County Knights Athletics
As a small team, we are responsible for our expenses each season. In order to adequately support our Delta County Knights athletic teams, we all need to contribute with our time and/or finances. Money raised will be used for the following:
- Donations to facilities
- Donations toward coaches’ expenses
- First Aid supplies
- Awards for participation
Teams are encouraged to bless their coaches for the time and commitment invested in our players!
Each family may choose 2 of these 3 fund raising opportunities or opt out by paying an additional fee.

A detailed breakdown of expenses will be made available at the conclusion of each athletic season. Again, our goal is to financially support our players and coaches as well as those who support us to have a successful season.
In lieu of fundraising, I choose to pay $50 dollars/per child/per sport before the beginning of the season to support my DC Knight. This fee is in addition to the registration fee.
